  1. @ElectronicosPR Thanks man. We called their customer service but it is horrible. They just tell you that if the service isn’t meeting your needs you can take your number to another carrier. On my video I play the message from My Simple Mobile and they say just that. I wish they were that receptive to customer needs. :/

  2. @jramey1981 Yeah it happens sometimes but if you called them they usually reactivate it ASAP once you tell them FCC and FTC words ;-)

  3. This company absolutely caps off their “Unlimited” 4g data service. They suspended mine after only 9 days of activation. Check out my video under “My Simple Mobile is a Scam”. It details how they are deceptive and twist words.

  4. @Unrealec So far I am glad nothing similar to this has happned to me and i know for sure I have exceded what the companies call unlimited a couple of times, Most companies have made an estimate of what the consumers use on max avarege and made there so called unlimited plans based on this information.

For Example 10,000 Minutes of Talk time its there unlimited limit ;-)
and about 5GB of Internet downstream

So with this info in mind plan ahead your usage for future months :-)

  5. @Unrealec Yeah it happens from time to time when they see you are using lots of GB on specially if your using a 4G device but its simple just call customer service up and let them know the reason your With Simple Mobile its because there unlimited internet service and they should honor your claim :-)

  6. I used Simple mobile paid $ 60 in months but early in the second month, they cut off Internet. Then I call to the customer service, and asked why they cut off Internet and they replied that I was using my phone like Wi-fi modem, when I told them that I have all unlimeted, They said that unlimeted but u can’t used like that, the question arose WTF? is it unlimetod or what? Who cares how I use my Internet ???? if it’s unlimeted?

  7. @eduardosg21 So far so good I usualy get about 4.5MB downstream and in some spots even 10MBPS and in Puerto Rico that’s Awesome compared to ATT or Claro that usually stay around 2 MBPS i am using G2 4G Running Android Froyo 2.2

  8. @ElectronicosPR ey my friend do you have simple mobile, how is the speed, it works good, somebody told me is the same t mobile?

  9. @truthrestoredorg lol yeah i guess hehe but so far it works great for us we download several apps a day read emails, regular browsing and even download music and movies via the mobile once in a while and works like a charm specially if you have a 4G enabled phone the speeds are insane

  10. @ElectronicosPR i actually posted that because some people say that it has a cap but its good to hear that its at lest 5gb. T-mobile has a cap around 3gb, maybe its standard with there technology. Besides I don’t need a whole lot of bandwidth because I’m not a porn addict.. xD

  11. @truthrestoredorg Have hit that and beyond and so far so good but we do know of somebody that hit a internet block when consuming more than 5GB in a day hehe ;-)
